Your Chief Psychologist is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of people who attend Attention Maps™ Foundations.
In connection with the course, we may collect information including:

We would like to keep participants informed about future Attention Maps™ courses, coaching, events, resources and other relevant services offered by Your Chief Psychologist.
Where you have agreed to receive marketing communications, we may use your contact details to send you information about relevant future offers and opportunities.
Receiving marketing communications is optional and is not a condition of attending Attention Maps™ Foundations. You can change your mind or opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in our marketing communications or by contacting us directly.
Choosing not to receive marketing communications will not affect your participation in the course or any services you have already purchased.
We will not sell your contact details to third parties for marketing purposes.
Where marketing consent is collected as part of registration, participants will be given a separate choice, for example:

Information provided about accessibility requirements or reasonable adjustments will only be used where necessary to support your participation in the course.
Where possible, this information will be handled separately from anonymised course-evaluation data and will only be available to people who need it for the purpose of arranging or providing appropriate support.
Personal information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary for the administration or delivery of the course, you have given permission, or we are required to do so by law or professional obligations.
We will not sell participant personal information or contact details to third parties.
Attention Maps™ Foundations includes discussion and reflective activities. Participants should only share personal information that they are comfortable discussing within the learning environment.
Participants are also asked to respect the privacy of other participants and not to share personal information or experiences disclosed by others during the course outside the session.
Attention Maps™ Foundations will not normally be recorded.
Participants should not make audio, video, photographic or screen recordings of the course, course materials or other participants without prior permission.
Personal information will be stored securely and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet relevant legal, financial, professional or quality-assurance requirements.
Where information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised as appropriate.
